Phase 1. Initiate Data Quality
Practice
The goal of this phase is to accurately

satisfaction that's achieved via the
information your company uses to make
decisions or take action.

Problem Areas and Success Factors.
Using the Information Maps created as
part of the Architecture and Design
phases, identify the problem areas and
success factors with the Information
Value Chains.

Information Quality Framework.
Define the guiding and operating
principles of the To-be Information
Management Practice. This will dictate
the groups involved, the roles,
communication paths, and escalation
procedures.
Phase 2. Data Quality Execution
Claricent takes a PLAN-IMPLEMENT-CONTROL
approach when developing the daily Data
Quality Execution for your business. The
Data Quality Execution phase involves
continuous iterations of identifying areas
for improvement and working through multiple
cycles of short repeatable actions towards
the desired outcome.
Phase 3. Information Quality Control
and Measurement
As a project nears its live state, the
most critical Information Value Chain
elements are documented with controls put in
place to measure and report deviations of
norms. Any exceptions are then fed back into
the Data Quality Execution phase so that
causes are determined and proper solutions
are put in place to refine the functionality
of your business processes.
Phase 4. Data Architecture Governance
