Before we consider delivering a candidate to our client’s project, we undergo a thorough screening process. The Consultant is interviewed by our highly trained recruiting team; we dig into their background and ask the tough questions to make sure they indeed represent their resume. We also check references with direct managers only- and only on the past two or three projects. Our references are qualified to provide a direct account of their recent deliverables and performance.
